Follow the step-by-step guide to integrate Outlook Calendar with NectarCRM:
1º Step: Go to the Integrations section within Nectar Settings and go to "Apps". In this menu you will find the integration of "Outlook Calendar" to be activated.
2º Step: After being directed to the login page, fill in your Outlook email and click "Next".
3º Step: Enter your Outlook email and password and click "Sign in".
4º Step: At the end of the step the integration will be active successfully. To do this, click "Save".
5º Step: You can sync your appointments by going to the "Appointments" menu and syncing at the top of the screen.
- Synchronized appointments that were created from Outlook will appear in your calendar as tasks of the "Appointment" type. The appointment type will be "General(No type defined)" and the linked contact will be the contact of your company.
- We always recommend creating appointments through Nectar, as this will allow you to link the contact, link the opportunity and define the type of appointment directly. You can edit these appointments and correct their links and types manually.
