Follow the step-by-step guide to integrate Google Calendar with NectarCRM, so you keep synced both calendars:
1º Step: Go to Integrations > App, located in the Settings menu, and then select the "Google Calendar" integration.
2º Step: Right after clicking "Save", you will be redirected to log in with your Google account. Just enter your email and click "Next". Follow the 2-step verification, if it's enabled in your email setup. If you have questions about how to enable 2-step verification, click here.
Authorize access through the device informed in Google settings.
3º Step: Right after activating your access, you will have the option to click on “Sync now” and choose from which day your entire schedule should be synchronized.
4º Step: At the end of the last step, the integration will be actived successfully. Then, select "Save".
From now on, all your appointments will be synced between NectarCRM and Google Calendar.
If you want to perform a forced synchronization, go to the "Appointments" menu and click on "Google Calendar".
Invitations to appointments will only be sent if the responsible's Google Calendar account is properly integrated.
